Develop new customers specific to respective region.
Good understanding about training portfolio, market intelligence, customer buying and usage behaviour.
Understand the competition: technology, pricing, and sales tactics and develop appropriate sales strategy. To give forecast and ensure sales is achieved as per projected forecast for assigned principal.
Identifying and sourcing new partner lines and also product branding.
Ability to manage assigned principals which includes the planning and scheduling customer visits, telephone contacts, handling customers’ issues, questions and concerns, fulfil customers’ requests, as well as other administrative assignments necessary to effectively manage the principals.
Maintaining inventory and timely issuance of purchase orders.
Enhances team members accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; teaching improved processes; motivating and mentoring team members; identifying right person fit for the job execution; encouraging Leadership development.
Holding joint meeting with team members fortnightly
